1. Scope of Services

Karlito – Maison de Haute Joaillerie operates as a bespoke jewellery design and production coordination house.

Our services include:

  • Bespoke jewellery design

  • Creative direction and technical development

  • Coordination with licensed third-party manufacturers

  • Delivery of custom, made-to-order jewellery pieces

All creations are produced exclusively upon client commission. We do not operate as a mass-market retailer and do not sell pre-manufactured inventory unless expressly stated.

2. Bespoke Nature & Exclusivity (1 of 1 Creations)

All bespoke pieces created by Karlito are one-of-a-kind (1 of 1).

Unless expressly approved in writing by the client:

  • Designs, concepts, and final pieces are never reproduced

  • No commissioned design is resold, replicated, or offered to another client

  • Each bespoke creation remains unique to the commissioning client

Karlito reserves the right to showcase completed works for portfolio, editorial, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

3. Orders, Deposits & Payments

Bespoke Orders

All bespoke commissions require:

  • Written confirmation of the project

  • Acceptance of the design brief

  • Payment of a deposit prior to commencement

Deposits

Any deposit paid toward the creation of a bespoke piece is strictly non-refundable.

This is due to the nature of bespoke work, which involves:

  • Dedicated design time

  • Technical development

  • Allocation of production resources

  • Project-specific coordination

Once a bespoke project has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. No Refunds / No Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work:

  • All bespoke pieces are final sale

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted

  • This applies regardless of changes in personal preference after production has begun

Clients are encouraged to review all designs, specifications, and approvals carefully prior to confirmation.

5. Manufacturing & Materials

Physical production is carried out by licensed third-party manufacturers.
Karlito does not trade in raw materials or gemstones as standalone goods.

All materials used are project-specific and selected in accordance with the approved design.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Sketches

  • Images

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

is the intellectual property of Karlito – Maison de Haute Joaillerie unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karlito shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by factors outside reasonable control

  • Variations inherent to handcrafted or artisanal production

All services are provided with the highest professional care, in line with bespoke luxury standards.
